Job Description

We handle water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation. Our work genuinely changes people's lives when they need it most. We're looking for a leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, holds teams accountable, and gets results.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll run the engine that drives our restoration division. As Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day performance of our water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation teams. You are responsible for making sure jobs get completed on time, on budget, teams stay trained and properly equipped, and customers walk away as raving fans.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lead, develop, and hold accountable the restoration team members Oversee scheduling, job dispatch, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability Ensure all projects are completed on time, on budget, and to AmeriClean's quality standard Drive compliance with IICRC standards, OSHA regulations, and all applicable safety protocols Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and clients Monitor KPIs and operational metrics. Use these KPI's to drive performance improvement Identify process gaps and fix them before they become problems Support estimating and job costing to protect margins and grow revenue Recruit, train, and retain top-performing field technicians and crew chiefs Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed
MUST-HAVES
3+ years of operations or field management experience in restoration, construction, or a skilled trade Proven track record leading multi-crew field teams Previous P&L responsibilities Valid driver's license and clean criminal record IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
NICE TO HAVES
Strong knowledge of water, fire, or mold restoration processes Experience with Xactimate or similar restoration software Insurance claims process knowledge Background in scaling a service operations team Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus OSHA 30 certification
