Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial interiors construction projects across multiple markets. This role is responsible for leading field operations related to interior framing, drywall, IMP installation, and acoustical ceilings, while driving safety, quality, schedule adherence, and productivity across active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily field operations across multiple active job sitesLead and manage foreman teams, ensuring accountability to production goalsCoordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and sequencing to meet project schedulesServe as the primary field liaison between project management and site crewsParticipate in preconstruction planning and job mobilization effortsReview site conditions and proactively identify risks or efficiency improvementsMonitor daily and weekly production tracking and communicate progress to project teamsEnsure all work meets quality, safety, and craftsmanship standardsConduct regular site walks, participate in safety audits, and follow-upsSupport hiring, onboarding, training, and development of foremen and field leadersPromote consistent use of field technology and reporting toolsQualifications:
Strong hands-on experience in drywall installation, metal framing, IMP systems, and acoustical ceilingsProven career progression from field labor to foreman and supervisory rolesAbility to read and interpret construction documents and blueprintsExperience managing multiple projects and large field crews simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with a production-focused mindsetProficient with construction technology and field reporting systemsWillingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned regionBenefitsSalary $100-120k baseMedical, Dental, Vision401k w/ matchAnnual bonusHoliday payPTOSimilar jobs in New Carlisle, IN
