Position Summary Yoo Direct Health is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, support team performance, improve systems and workflows, and help the practice achieve its business goals. This role is responsible for ensuring the practice runs efficiently, teams are aligned, patients receive a high-quality experience, and operational priorities are executed. The Director of Operations will work closely with leadership to strengthen accountability, improve performance, and support continued growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and problem-solver who can balance people, processes, data, and execution. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily operations across the practice. Ensure administrative, clinical, provider, and aesthetic teams are aligned. Identify and resolve operational issues that affect workflow, patient experience, or team performance. Support consistent execution of policies, procedures, and standards. Improve communication and coordination across the practice Help ensure both locations operate consistently and efficiently. Team Leadership Lead, support, and develop team members. Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable. Provide regular feedback and coaching. Help address performance issues in a timely and professional manner. Support a positive culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Work with leadership to identify staffing needs, training needs, and opportunities for team development. Process and Workflow Improvement Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement better systems for daily operations. Improve processes related to scheduling, new patient intake, lab workflows, patient follow-up, membership renewals, internal communication, and staff training. Create or update standard operating procedures as needed. Use technology, automation, and AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and consistency. KPI and Performance Management Track and review key performance indicators that measure practice performance. Use data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities. Help create action plans when performance is below target. Lead or support regular performance review meetings with leadership and department leads. Ensure goals are clearly defined, assigned, measured, and followed through. Financial Performance Understand the financial behavior of the practice to execute operational targets. Monitor revenue trends, expenses, labor costs, provider productivity, and service line performance. Identify operational issues that may affect financial results. Support budgeting, forecasting, and growth planning. Help ensure resources are used effectively. Patient Experience Help ensure patients receive a consistent, professional, and high-quality experience. Identify recurring patient concerns and help address root causes. Improve communication, handoffs, and follow-up processes. Support systems that help patients stay engaged in their care. Ensure the patient experience reflects Yoo Direct Health's values and standards. Strategic Execution Support the implementation of company priorities and growth initiatives. Turn goals into clear plans with owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Help manage projects related to new services, workflow improvements, technology implementation, staff training, and operational growth. Track progress and ensure initiatives are completed. Qualifications Required 5+ years of operations, healthcare management, business management, or leadership experience Experience managing teams or department leaders Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to understand and use financial and operational reports Experience using KPIs or performance metrics to manage results Ability to improve workflows, systems, and processes Strong organizational skills and follow-through Ability to hold others accountable while maintaining a positive culture Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business Preferred Experience in functional medicine, aesthetics, wellness, direct-pay healthcare, or medical practice management Experience managing multiple locations Experience with productivity, schedule utilization, patient retention, and revenue metrics Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or training systems Experience with EMR, scheduling, CRM, or practice management systems Experience using technology, automation, or AI tools to improve operations Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or related field preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes ownership Solves problems Communicates clearly Leads with professionalism Uses data to make decisions Understands both people and processes Can manage multiple priorities Follows through Holds teams accountable respectfully Looks for ways to improve the business Can move between big-picture planning and day-to-day execution Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
