Job Description

Operation Supervisor Full-Time Rushville, IN Compensation DOE:
Up to $75K + Overtime Meet your talent advisor Kelly Maxwell Experienced and hands-on Paint Operation Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Rushville, IN. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day paint line operations, ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining high-quality output. You will lead team members on the floor, coordinate manpower, minimize downtime, and support critical E-Coat processes in a fast-paced, union manufacturing environment. Operation Supervisor Responsibilities for
Paint Applications:
Promote and enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members follow PPE and safety standards Oversee daily paint line operations to meet production schedules and shipping requirements Monitor and maintain E-Coat processes, including dip tank conditions and paint bag filter changes Maintain proper chemical balance and oversight of the paint dip system Coordinate manpower utilization, including break relief and utility personnel support Manage equipment downtime and coordinate repairs with the Maintenance Department Implement and reinforce standardized work instructions, job cards, and safety procedures Manage overtime and staffing levels based on production demands and model requirements Communicate shift-to-shift updates, issues, and production changes with supervisors and leadership Audit daily production numbers and quality concerns, reporting findings to Quality Engineering and Product Control Maintain strong working relationships with union personnel in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement Address employee performance and personnel issues in coordination with Human Resources Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs Paint Line Supervisor Qualifications for
Paint Applications:
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage production priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite Preferred Qualifications for
Paint Applications:
