Field Operations Manager - Insulation

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Operations Manager specialized in Insulation to lead and oversee insulation projects across multiple sites. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate field teams, manage project schedules, ensure quality standards, and drive operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure that insulation installations are completed safely, efficiently, and within scope, budget, and timeline. Duties Lead and manage field operations for insulation projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software. Oversee daily site activities, including installation processes, material logistics, and workforce management. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to interpret project requirements accurately and ensure proper execution. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with specifications, schematics, and safety regulations; address issues promptly. Facilitate project meetings to coordinate tasks, resolve issues, and maintain momentum toward project milestones. Manage subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations related to insulation scope of work. Maintain accurate records of project progress, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other documentation essential for project success. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a focus on insulation or related trades within commercial or industrial projects. Strong background in construction site supervision, blueprint reading, and interpreting schematics. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management practices. Knowledge of contracts administration and construction law principles relevant to project execution. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team coordination, safety enforcement, and problem-solving on-site challenges. Construction site experience involving insulation installation processes from start to finish is highly preferred.
