Job Description

We're recruiting a Head of Operations for a leading manufacturing business in Warsaw, IN. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, continuous improvement, supply chain efficiency, and long-term business growth. You'll work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to deliver strategic objectives and build a high-performing operations function. Key Responsibilities Lead Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Engineering functions Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives Improve operational efficiency, throughput and profitability Manage KPIs and operational performance metrics Lead budgeting, cost control and resource planning Develop and mentor high-performing teams Oversee procurement, inventory, planning and distribution Improve supplier performance and supply chain effectiveness Champion workplace safety and OSHA compliance Support automation, innovation and operational scalability
MUST HAVES
- To be considered for this role you must have the following: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field 10+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience Previous senior operations leadership experience Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement background Proven track record of driving operational transformation and business growth Preferred MBA or advanced degree Medical Device, Aerospace, Defence or related manufacturing experience Investment Casting experience is advantageous Why Apply? INDMD Pay:
$170,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
