What You'll Be Doing:

As the Patio Manager , you'll take charge of our outdoor dining area, making it the go-to destination for guests to enjoy great food and great vibes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the patio area, ensuring smooth service and an inviting atmosphere. Leading and motivating the patio staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Coordinating with the kitchen and indoor team to maintain seamless communication and service flow. Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the patio space. Handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive dining experience. Assisting in scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership. To thrive in this role, you should have: 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both the team and guests.
