Key Responsibilities Restaurant Operations Oversee nightly floor operations in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant and sports bar environment Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house team and kitchen staff Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Team Leadership Coach, train, and support restaurant servers, bartenders, and hospitality team members Maintain a positive and professional work environment Lead by example to uphold company standards for service and conduct Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant manager, floor manager, or hospitality leadership role Strong coaching, training, and team-building skills Professional mindset and approach to day-to-day restaurant operations Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work nights and weekends as required Schedule Full-time position with primarily night shifts. Availability on weekends required.
