If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats—this is your opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role. What You'll Do Run day-to-day branch operations (parts, service, logistics) Coordinate service scheduling & dispatch technicians Support customers and resolve issues quickly Manage inventory, invoicing & workflow Drive efficiency, control costs & hit performance goals Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable
Requirements:
What We're Looking For 3+ years in operations, branch, or service management Heavy equipment / service / logistics experience preferred Strong leadership, organization & multitasking skills Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; NEXT a plus) Why RECO?
