Auto is growing, and we are excited to welcome a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations to our close knit team at the
TDSI CSX

7900 Crittenden Drive Louisville, Kentucky 40213.
THE ROLE
As a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations, you will oversee daily terminal activity, including the unloading of brand new automobiles from railcars and the coordination of railcar maintenance activities. You will be a hands on leader responsible for safety, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while guiding your team and keeping operations running smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate and schedule daily vehicle unloading from railcars. Oversee and manage railcar maintenance activities to ensure equipment is safe and operational. Lead, support, and motivate your team while monitoring productivity and performance. Ensure all safety standards and procedures are followed consistently. Communicate with customers and assist with equipment availability and planning. Maintain accurate inventory control and vehicle security. Assign daily duties and manage staffing levels. Work closely with terminal leadership to identify opportunities to improve operations and maintenance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Bilingual English and Spanish is required. Strong communication, problem solving, and leadership skills. Supervisory experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and skill level.

You will be employed by PRS Auto, not the railroad. Applicants must live within 45 minutes of the terminal. Relocation assistance is not available.
