Overview As a Shift Opener, you will be one of the first team members to start the day, setting the tone for a smooth and efficient operation. Duties Prepare the workspace by unlocking doors, turning on equipment, and ensuring all areas are clean and organized for daily operations Conduct safety checks on equipment, tools, and facilities to confirm everything is in optimal condition before opening Restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless service throughout the day Greet early arriving team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate a productive start Complete opening shift reports, log any issues or discrepancies, and communicate critical information to relevant teams Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas, ensuring compliance with company policies Requirements Proven ability to work early morning shifts with punctuality and reliability Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in preparing workspaces and equipment Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation is preferred Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environments is a plus but not required A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork, safety, and operational excellence Join us as a Shift Opener and be the energizing force that kicks off each day!
