Job Description

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO
: 90% in the field & 10% in the office. Manage ALL aspects of your client caseload. Staffing, Visits including weekly, monthly, and quarterly monitoring of individuals in his/her caseload. Do yearly evaluations of home workers and pop in visits. Must be able to pass Criminal Background; Must have own transportation; Valid Driver Licenses ; Social Security Card; Proof of insurance; Valid Inspection Sticker.
