Maintain real-time awareness of site conditions, including load volume, staffing concerns, and operational challenges Respond immediately to site shutdowns or load disruptions, communicate root cause, current status, and corrective action plans to GC contacts Supervise Welcome Center staff, ensuring productivity, attendance, and adherence to processes and procedures Escalate critical issues to leadership, including safety concerns, HR matters, driver behavior, and major operational disruptions Identify and escalate supplier or process-related issues impacting site flow (e.g., missing load numbers, recurring inefficiencies) Lead weekly shift alignment meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align team priorities Drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to optimize operations and reduce inefficiencies Promote and lead a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures •This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is focused on operational excellence, team leadership, and safety.• More Than Just a Paycheck.
