With multiple trucks on the road, we're looking for a leader who can not only manage a team—but also produce revenue, improve performance, and help scale operations. Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Plumbing Supervisor who leads from the front. This role is responsible for managing technicians, overseeing job quality, and actively contributing to revenue through fieldwork, high-level diagnostics, and closing larger or more complex jobs. This is not a desk-only position—you will be in the field, coaching, troubleshooting, and driving results. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Production Perform advanced plumbing and leak detection work Assist techs on high-value or complex jobs Help close and upsell larger jobs when opportunities arise Team Leadership Supervise, train, and mentor plumbing technicians Ride along with techs to improve performance and sales skills Hold team members accountable for productivity and quality Assist in hiring and onboarding new technicians Operations Management Dispatch and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency Monitor job progress and ensure deadlines are met Reduce callbacks through quality control and training Work closely with office staff to keep operations smooth Quality & Customer Experience Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements Handle escalated customer concerns professionally Maintain strong communication with customers on complex jobs Performance Tracking Being aware of KPIs such as: Revenue per truck Average ticket Callback rate Job completion times Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions Qualifications 5+ years of plumbing experience (service and/or leak detection preferred) Proven leadership or foreman experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to train and develop technicians Experience with flat-rate pricing and upselling is a plus Valid driver's license What We're Looking For A leader who takes ownership and drives results Someone who can balance production + management Strong communicator with both customers and team members Profit-minded and performance-driven Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay + performance incentives/bonuses Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Company vehicle Paid time off Why Join Us Opportunity to grow with a scaling company Leadership role with real impact Performance-based earning potential Strong team environment focused on winning
