Operating 7 Inland Pushboats and 12 Barges Transporting Non Regulated Cargo. We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Marine Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of marine vessel operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across our fleet. This role is vital in coordinating complex maritime activities, managing teams, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management, mechanical knowledge, crewing, vessel tracking and reporting Invoicing. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of daily marine vessel operations to optimize safety, productivity, and compliance with maritime regulations. Oversee rigging procedures and mechanical systems on vessels, ensuring proper maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are conducted efficiently. Manage a team of marine personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment. Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency response plans, and operational procedures aligned with industry standards and legal requirements. Ensure all vessel activities adhere to environmental regulations and company policies while maintaining safety standards. Maintain detailed records of vessel inspections, maintenance logs, crew certifications, and operational reports for audit readiness. Proven management experience in marine or maritime operations with demonstrated leadership skills. Strong mechanical knowledge related to vessel systems, rigging techniques, and maintenance practices. Familiarity with maritime safety regulations, environmental policies, and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership. Prior experience working with rigging equipment or mechanical systems on vessels is a plus. Join us as a Marine Operations Manager.
