Job Description

Job Summary The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operations team with day-to-day tasks. The Operations Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager. This will be a office based roll at 40 hours per week with potential overtime as needed Responsibilities
  • Manage and submit payroll
  • General bookkeeping
  • Submit reimbursement checks for team members
  • Schedule travel logistics. Hotel, flight and rental car booking
  • Assist with hiring, site training, safety training
  • Complete project billing
  • Monitor job expenses
  • Manage internal job tracking (documentation)
  • Schedule and track employee training
  • Vendor/Customer account set up Experience/Qualifications
  • Understanding of Microsoft office o Outlook o Excel o Word
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task and work in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work as an individual and as a team
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • High level of attention to detail
Growth Mindset Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
