This role supports the daily operations of the school while helping maintain a warm, professional, and well-organized environment for children, families, and staff. In addition to adminstrative work, this role will also involve classroom time both as a Lead Teacher, as well as, substitute teaching and break coverage. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent administrative and organizational skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care. Qualifications Director Certified (required) Minimum of 5 years lead teacher experience in an early childhood education setting Prior administrative or leadership experience in a preschool or school setting preferred Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and compliance requirements Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with enrollment systems, Google Workspace, and basic office technology Experience coordinating events, managing schedules, and supporting school operations Comfortable managing social media platforms, website updates, and school communications Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, families, and leadership Professional, dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented Passion for early childhood education and building a positive school community The responsibilities of the Operations Manager are: Enrollment & Administrative Systems Give tours and support admissions management Manage enrollment agreements and admissions paperwork Oversee student files to ensure completeness and compliance Assist in preparing fall paperwork Licensing & Compliance Assist in maintaining licensing binder and ensure ongoing compliance Assist in license renewal process and documentation Scheduling & Daily Operations Coordinate substitute coverage along with the Director Manage enrichment programming Event Coordination Assist in planning and executing school events (e.g., concerts, holiday celebrations, art show) Manage logistics, communication, materials, and timelines Communication & Coordination Send routine communications and reminders to families Support internal coordination (meeting scheduling, agendas, notes) Program Support Maintain curriculum materials, shared resources, and classroom supplies Support logistics for professional development days Publicity & Communications Manage and maintain school social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) Create and schedule posts based on Director guidance and school calendar Design and distribute flyers, announcements, and promotional materials Update and maintain the school website with current information Support outreach efforts (e.g., event promotion, admissions season visibility) Ensure consistency in branding and communication across platforms
