This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through membership sales, client retention, and team accountability, while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a goal-oriented environment, knows how to motivate a team to hit targets, and is confident managing both operations and sales performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front and is motivated by results. Responsibilities Drive studio revenue through membership sales, upgrades, and client retention strategies Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to individual and studio sales goals Monitor and manage key performance metrics including conversion rates, rebooking, and utilization Actively participate in the sales process, setting the standard for client interactions and closing opportunities Optimize scheduling and staffing to maximize productivity and revenue per hour Develop a high-performing team with a strong sales and service mindset Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, scripts, and client experience standards Address client concerns quickly and effectively to protect retention and brand reputation Oversee daily operations including inventory, reporting, and overall studio performance Requirements 2+ years of management experience in a sales-driven, service-based environment (fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, etc.) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Comfortable working with performance metrics Experience with membership-based or recurring revenue models strongly preferred Excellent communication and closing skills Highly organized, competitive, and results-oriented Why This Role This is an opportunity for a driven leader to take ownership of a studio's performance and directly impact revenue growth.
