Job Description

Reservations & Receptions Manager LPM Restaurant & Bar - Boston, MA $75,000 per year | Full-Time Join LPM Restaurant & Bar , a globally recognized French-Mediterranean fine dining restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere, elevated service, and exceptional guest experience. We are seeking a highly organized and guest-focused Reservations & Receptions Manager to oversee reservations and private dining operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily reservations using platforms such as OpenTable or SevenRooms Optimize seating to maximize covers and guest experience Handle private dining and event inquiries from start to finish Coordinate events with culinary and operations teams Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships Track event revenue, deposits, and contracts Monitor reservation trends and improve performance strategies Oversee and train reservations staff (if applicable)
Requirements:
Experience in reservations, events, or hospitality management Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Familiarity with reservation/CRM systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
