This position requires strong leadership skills to manage staff, maintain inventory, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and a keen understanding of market trends to drive sales and operational efficiency. The supervisor has the responsibility of going site to site. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage inventory levels, including stock management and inventory audits to optimize product availability. Oversee cash handling processes, including cash register operations and POS systems, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Conduct regular market analysis to adjust pricing strategies and enhance sales performance. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive work environment. Implement effective organizational strategies to streamline operations and improve customer service. Collaborate with management to develop sales goals and strategies aimed at achieving targets. Requirements A car as there is plenty of driving day to day (except sundays). Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with cash registers or POS systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management. Ability to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and customers. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.
