Job Description

Overview The GM Senior Lead - L04 provides leadership, operational support, and administrative oversight for the Market Administrative Team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative accountabilities, supporting financial and compliance initiatives, and leading a team of cashiers and administrative staff. The GM Sr. Lead partners closely with GMAS, Market Delivery and Warehouse Directors to ensure operational excellence, strong controls and compliance, and effective execution of market initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Primary Accountabilities:
Provide leadership and direct supervision for approximately 8 Cashiers and Administrative team members. Support the Administrative Team in day-to-day responsibilities with a primary focus on Settlement/Cashiering and building support. Train and develop Cashiering and Administrative teams as needed. Conduct PepsiCo PMP performance management activities,including: ACE Conversations Development Conversations Year-End Conversations Conduct monthly team check-ins to support employee development and operational alignment. Establish measurable performance objectives and developmental action plans for team members. Manage staff schedules, vacation planning, and backfill coverage. Operational & Administrative Support (including but not limited to): Provide support to Delivery and Warehouse functions as needed. Support multiple locations and market operations as required. Assist with day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to: Cashier backup support Front desk support Billing and supplies management MCC activity support Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,200 - $90,200. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred. 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, administration, or general management. Previous experience managing direct reports. Experience in supporting administrative operations preferred Proven leadership experience managing teams and administrative operations.

Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Experience facilitating training programs. Ability to always maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Travel requirement:
20%-30% depending on market needs.
