  • Seasonal Position Summary The Operations Coordinator plays a key support role, assisting with the day-to-day operational needs of the properties while helping ensure a seamless team member and guest experience.
This dynamic position supports multiple departments including Human Resources, onboarding, procurement, programming, and general hotel operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hospitality-driven, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational support. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Team Member Support Support recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires across the portfolio Coordinate new hire paperwork, training schedules, uniforms, and employee documentation Help maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support employee housing coordination and seasonal staffing logistics as needed Assist with team member engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications Operations Suppor Provide operational and administrative support to hotel leadership teams across the portfolio Assist with daily hotel operations and special projects as needed Help coordinate interdepartmental communication and follow-up on operational priorities Support scheduling, inventory tracking, reporting, and general office organization Step in to assist various departments during high-volume periods or operational needs Procurement & Inventor Assist with ordering, tracking, and organizing operational supplies and amenities Coordinate vendor communication, deliveries, and purchase requests Help maintain inventory levels for housekeeping, guest amenities, office supplies, and programming needs Monitor spending and assist leadership with procurement organization and cost tracking Programming & Guest Experienc Support property programming and guest engagement initiatives across the portfolio Assist with planning and coordinating seasonal events, activities, partnerships, and experiences Help execute property activations that enhance the guest experience and reflect the brand culture Coordinate materials, setup, and communication for on-property programming Administrative Responsibilitie Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and operational documents Assist with payroll support, invoice organization, and departmental administrative tasks Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries as requested Support leadership with miscellaneous operational projects and day-to-day needs Qualification Previous hospitality, operations, administrative, or HR experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where needed Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems (e.g., UKG) preferred. (The system is used for new hires and HR administration). OP Flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as operationally needed Work Environment Active, on-property role with consistent movement throughout the hotel Balance of operational leadership and administrative responsibilities Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a resort setting
