Car Wash Site Leader

We are a rapidly growing car wash operator with multi-unit expansion in the pipeline , seeking a Car Wash Site Manager to oversee operations, drive performance, and lead a high-performing team for our Haverhill Site (Opening April 2026). Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations , ensuring efficiency, quality service, and an exceptional customer experience. Lead, train, and develop staff to maintain high performance, safety, and operational standards. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with technicians and trades. Monitor and analyze site performance metrics , implementing strategies to maximize revenue and efficiency. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices . Travel as needed to support operations across multiple locations and for training.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of car wash experience , with a strong history of career advancement. Proven mechanical aptitude , including troubleshooting equipment and working with trades for maintenance and repairs. Ability to travel within the Greater Boston Area —must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license . Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
