Job Description

Service Manager
  • Build the Team, Shape the Future Hingham, MA $120,000 Base + $20,000
  • 30,000 Bonus (OTE $140K
  • 150K) We are working with Minuteman Plumbing, Heating & Cooling that is one of the fastest-growing residential service companies in the Boston area.
In just two years, they've grown from a two-person operation to 25 employees and 12 service trucks, and they're just getting started. We're looking for a Service Manager to take ownership of their service department and help build the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll lead weekly service meetings, conduct ride-alongs, coach technicians, run one-on-ones, and help develop training programs that elevate the entire team. You'll spend significant time in the field supporting technicians and customers—not sitting behind a desk. What makes this opportunity different? What You'll Do:
Lead and coach a growing team of service professionals Run weekly service meetings and ongoing training initiatives Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching Hold regular one-on-one performance meetings Drive accountability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence Partner with leadership on special projects and department growth
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading paid teams in a customer-facing environment Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills Experience managing performance and developing people Comfortable leading meetings and speaking in front of groups Ability to earn credibility with skilled trades professionals Trade experience is not required. Leadership experience is.
Compensation & Benefits:
$120,000 base salary $20,000
