Job Description

Position Summary Garden Gables is seeking a reliable, hands-on Hospitality Associate to support both housekeeping operations and day-to-day property management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of physical work, guest service, and operational responsibility within a boutique hotel environment. On Sundays , the Hospitality Associate will work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure a seamless guest turnover process. Responsibilities include room flips, laundry operations, stocking supplies, and assisting with guest arrivals and departures to maintain the property's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. On Wednesdays , the role shifts to a combination of operational support and property oversight. The Hospitality Associate will serve as the primary on-site team member, receiving deliveries, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed, assisting with light guest interactions, and ensuring the property remains organized and guest-ready. The day will also include housekeeping responsibilities, room preparation, laundry, and general property support. Additional hours may be available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to assist with housekeeping, guest services, events, and weekend operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with guest room turnovers and housekeeping operations. Support laundry processing, linen organization, and supply replenishment. Ensure public spaces, guest areas, and back-of-house spaces remain clean and organized. Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and occasional guest requests. Receive and organize deliveries. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers during scheduled visits. Conduct property walkthroughs and report maintenance or operational concerns. Help prepare rooms and common areas for incoming guests and special events. Support management with operational tasks and administrative duties as needed. Maintain the high service and presentation standards expected of a luxury boutique hotel. Qualifications Previous hospitality, housekeeping, customer service, or property management experience preferred. Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting linens, laundry, housekeeping tasks, and prolonged periods of standing and walking. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when serving as the primary on-site team member. Professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is equally comfortable making a bed, folding laundry, greeting a guest, receiving a delivery, or solving a small operational issue. This is a hands-on role for an individual who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful property and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
