We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a transportation organization in Lowell, Arkansas and provide leadership for a growing service-focused operation. Responsibilities:
Direct daily transportation activities to ensure shipments are managed efficiently, service commitments are met, and customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
Guide, coach, and support operations staff while creating a team environment centered on accountability, development, and strong service standards.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers and help implement solutions that set the foundation for smooth ongoing service.
Build productive partnerships with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain reliable communication.
Evaluate current workflows, introduce process improvements, and establish practical operating standards that enhance consistency and scalability.
Work closely with commercial partners to support client retention, contribute to growth efforts, and align service execution with customer needs.
Monitor key performance indicators, service results, and financial outcomes to drive operational efficiency and support profitability goals.
Contribute to transportation planning and pricing decisions by identifying service options that balance customer requirements with operational effectiveness.
