Our client, a specialized healthcare organization, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive practice growth and lead daily operations at one of its office locations. This role owns office performance, staff leadership, internal scheduling, and customer interactions, ensuring a consistent high-quality experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of healthcare operations experience with a strong track record of staff management and data-drive decision-making.

Preferred Responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day office operations to ensure efficient workflows and consistent service delivery; managing staff performance through hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and accountability; optimizing internal schedules and resource allocation to support capacity and growth; monitoring customer experience feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed; overseeing administrative workflows including registration, records, billing, and collections to ensure accuracy and timeliness; ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements; analyzing key performance metrics to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support informed operational decisions; and leading operational improvement initiatives that strengthen scalability and long‑term performance. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in a medical office or outpatient setting; demonstrated success managing teams and holding staff accountable to clear performance standards; strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, billing, and payer regulations; working knowledge of healthcare systems; comfort analyzing operational data and presenting insights to leadership; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the maturity to partner effectively with staff; and a continuous improvement mindset.
