Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to oversee daily operations for up to 10 outpatient healthcare centers. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll partner with Center Medical Directors in a dyad leadership model to ensure operational excellence, a superior patient experience, and engaged, high-performing teams. You'll be responsible for driving results, managing performance, and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and support multiple centers, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and service excellence Supervise and mentor Center Managers, Center Supervisors, and clinic support staff Develop and monitor center performance goals, metrics, and outcomes Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes for operational staff Ensure compliance with regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies Monitor patient flow, service delivery, and satisfaction; address and resolve escalated patient concerns Manage staffing schedules, resource utilization, and facility upkeep Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for referral growth and service expansion Oversee marketing, public relations, and community outreach efforts Prepare and interpret operational and financial reports to ensure budget adherence Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow, efficiency, and patient outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of management experience in a fast-paced medical office accepted in lieu of degree Proven success in multi-site operations leadership Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, patient experience, and operational metrics Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to travel regularly between assigned centers Why Join Us?
