Events Operations Administrator Roessel Joy Quincy, MA Job Details Full-time | Contract $27 - $30 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Event planning Administrative experience Full Job Description A mission-driven nonprofit organization is seeking an Events Operations Administrator to support the planning and execution of events, programs, and community initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating logistics, working behind the scenes, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Coordinate logistics for events including scheduling, vendor communication, and venue setup Support planning and execution of fundraisers, community events, and internal programs Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and communications Prepare event materials, agendas, and presentations Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses Maintain and update event data within internal systems or CRM Assist with on-site event coordination and troubleshooting as needed Provide general administrative support to the operations and development teams Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, events, or operations experience Experience supporting events, nonprofits, or community programs preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with event platforms or CRM systems is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and highly organized A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple moving parts Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment This is a great opportunity to join a nonprofit organization making a meaningful impact , while playing a key role in delivering successful events and community initiatives. #RJADM45
