As a key leader on our team, you will manage staff, coordinate events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold service standards, and create memorable moments for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where every night is an opportunity to shine. Duties Lead and supervise team members during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality guest service Manage event setups, breakdowns, and overall event execution to ensure seamless experiences Oversee shift management, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere Maintain accurate report writing related to shift activities, incidents, and operational logs Assist with cash handling procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions Support the management team in training new staff and fostering a positive team environment Experience Proven supervising or leadership experience in a nightclub, hospitality, or resort setting Strong background in events management and guest services Experience with shift management and managing customer interactions in fast-paced environments Familiarity with report writing, cash handling, and operational documentation Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of service Prior assistant manager or supervisory roles are a plus Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences!
