(CRC) believes that everyone has the ability to recover. CRC works diligently to support individuals in fostering happier, healthier lives as they grow their recovery capital in order to maintain and grow their desired wellness and goals. Working as part of the CRC Team, the Operations Coordinator will play a key role in streamlining business processes, managing training operations, and ensuring organizational efficiency across all departments. This role combines operational oversight with process improvement, requiring both analytical thinking and systems-oriented planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating training programs, managing vendor relationships, overseeing financial operations including billing and payroll, optimizing workflows, maintaining operational databases, and ensuring seamless delivery of services to participants and facilitators. Position Responsibilities Overseeing daily operations and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency. Managing comprehensive operational records, databases, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinating financial operations including accounts receivable, payroll processing, and budget tracking. Managing training program logistics from registration through completion, including participant coordination and payment processing. Supporting the improvement of while maintaining billing systems, creating monthly invoices, and monitoring payment collections. Coordinating cross-functional meetings, managing logistics, and ensuring operational alignment across teams; Serving as primary operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; Utilizing various operational software platforms to aid in the generation of reports, track metrics, and manage special projects. Maintaining and optimizing both manual and automated relevant operational systems, including data management and quality control. Ensuring compliance with Choice Recovery Coaching operational standards and data management protocols. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to streamline processes and communication while aiding organizational capacity Other operational duties as required
Qualifications:
3-5 years of operations or business administration experience Strong analytical and process improvement skills Excellent project management and coordination abilities Exceptional attention to detail and quality control mindset Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple operational priorities Problem-solving and decision-making skills with focus on operational efficiency Ability to work independently and manage operational functions with minimal supervision Ability to handle confidential operational and financial information with discretion Experience with HR, non-profit state filings Strategic thinking and process optimization skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Quickbooks, and operational management tools Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Team-oriented approach with focus on operational excellence Willingness to attend professional development opportunities related to operations management and industry best practices CHOiCE Recovery Coaching, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer; BIPOC and Bilingual Applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
