Assistant Manager / Operations Lead Indoor Playground Joyville Stoneham Stoneham, MA Job Details Full-time $23 - $25 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Assistant Manager / Operations Lead - Indoor Playground We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and energetic Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our busy indoor playground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, has leadership experience, and can help ensure our team delivers an exceptional customer experience every day.
Responsibilities :
Open and close the facility each day Supervise and support staff during daily operations Manage weekend team members and ensure all shifts run smoothly Oversee birthday parties and special events to ensure excellent customer satisfaction Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to staff Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and families Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed Step in and assist with daily operations as needed
Qualifications :
Reliable, dependable, and highly responsible Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service experience Experience working with children, family entertainment centers, indoor playgrounds, childcare, camps, recreation programs, or similar environments preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment CPR Certified or willing to obtain CPR Certification Comfortable managing employees and leading a team Available to work weekends when needed, including covering shifts if weekend staff are unavailable
Hours:
Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Additional weekend availability is required as needed to support operations and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
