Responsibilities Lead and supervise the playground team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Manage shift schedules, coordinate daily activities, and oversee operational logistics to ensure smooth functioning of the playground area Oversee guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce rules, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies to maintain a secure setting Manage cash handling procedures during admissions or retail transactions with accuracy and integrity Write detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and maintenance needs to support ongoing improvements Assist with event planning and management for special occasions or themed activities to enhance guest engagement Qualifications Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within a hospitality, resort, nightclub, or restaurant environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork in fast-paced settings Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Previous experience in event management or shift management is highly desirable Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to respond effectively during emergencies Experience with report writing and record keeping to ensure accurate documentation of daily activities Familiarity with cash handling processes and point-of-sale systems Join us as a Playground Team Leader if you're ready to energize your career by leading a vibrant team dedicated to creating joyful moments for our guests!
