Life :

Develop and implement the operations strategy to meet the changing needs of the business, driving ownership within the organization. Track, trend, and monitor critical metrics routinely with active data analysis to target and get results for manufacturing, supply chain and quality Accountable for the overall financial performance of the operations team, focusing on revenue recognition, cost management, working capital management, and cash flow objectives. Consistently demonstrates Role Model Leadership and assists in the development and execution of programs that drive employee engagement, employee recognition. Drives continuous improvement and standard work across all organizational elements of the site using Key Performance metrics formats, and other systems of maintaining measurement and accountability. Success :

Education Bachelor's degree in a technical field required (such as engineering) or equivalent experience. MBA preferred Experience Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably in the Electronics equipment Industry Site manufacturing operations/business experience is preferred. Experience in implementing continuous improvement and Lean methodologies Strong Leadership skills in mentoring and developing strong teams Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate broad concepts to all levels of a technical and non-technical organization Strong analytical capability and business insight with consistent record of success in highly matrixed management environment Demonstrate Thermo Fisher Scientific values - Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement Demonstrated history of driving cross-functional and diverse teams to succeed.
