You will drive project success by orchestrating trade partners, maintaining rigorous quality standards, and ensuring that all construction milestones are achieved on time. Responsibilities Direct daily field activities to ensure seamless progress on commercial interior renovations. Lead and synchronize the efforts of subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maximize site productivity. Manage site logistics and building access in coordination with property management to minimize disruption in occupied environments. Monitor project timelines and proactively address challenges to keep construction on schedule. Oversee quality assurance and craftsmanship across all mechanical, electrical, and finish trades. Facilitate site safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to guide field execution. Represent the firm in project meetings, providing clear updates to clients, architects, and internal stakeholders. Required Skills Proven track record as a Superintendent or Field Manager on commercial interior projects. Deep understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and building methods. Experience managing both union and non-union labor forces effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in active job sites. Technical competence in Microsoft Office and construction management software like Procore or Fieldwire. Preferred Skills Experience navigating the complexities of occupied building renovations. Possession of a Construction Supervisor License (CSL). Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale tenant fit-outs from start to finish.
