Job Description

Job Summary The Strategic Account Manager will be an individual contributor responsible for managing client relationships across multiple brands and verticals. You will become a trusted advisor with clients to understand their business goals, how our services help them achieve those goals and be proactive in presenting Key Performance Indicators on the success and opportunities for each client. As the main point of contact for those clients assigned, you will provide strategic recommendations to optimize our efforts and campaigns within a variety of digital and physical marketing channels, supporting the growth of these accounts through cross-sell and upselling opportunities. Strategic Account Managers work closely with Ironmark's implementation and production teams to align execution of our services with the client's goals and our contractual obligations to the client. Job Functions and Responsibilities Essential Functions Serve as the primary Point-of-Contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless project management and communication between Ironmark's production / implementation teams, vendors and clients. Build strong rapport and relationships with assigned clients; become a trusted advisor that can provide recommendations for account growth and reaching client's overall business goals. Uncover opportunities for cross-sell and upsell of Ironmark's services as they relate to clients' business goals. Proactively manage production timelines, deadlines and performance of campaigns including digital advertising (Social, PPC, Programmatic), SEO, website, lead generation and print marketing production. Proactively provide analysis and recommendations of Ironmark's services and campaigns to clients; communicate ROI / ROAS and optimization opportunities. Present the Ironmark team's work to clients in a confident, engaging and efficient manner, fostering client retention, client growth and satisfaction. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 5+ years of physical & digital marketing experience in a client-facing role, managing multiple clients and projects. Ability to build strong professional relationships with C-suite and Executives at the client level. Strong understanding and successful implementation of strategies in the following areas: Web Design & Development (WordPress a plus)
SEO / AIO
Email marketing Digital Paid Media (PPC, Display, Programmatic, Social) Social media marketing & reputation monitoring (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn) Reporting & analytics Marketing automation and blogging software (examples: HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) Event Marketing Ability to translate complex technical concepts and analytics into clear, valuable language for clients, fostering retention and appreciation. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Effective time-management skills with the ability to delegate tasks and prioritize effectively your own time and others working on your accounts.
