Director of Operations

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee daily operations for a growing restoration company. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial estimate through completion, coordinating with insurance companies, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Xactimate, holds relevant Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification certifications, and understands the insurance claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate for water, fire, and mold losses Communicate and work directly with insurance adjusters to manage and close claims Oversee daily operations, job scheduling, and project progress Review and supplement estimates to maximize claim value Assist in developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships Coordinate with field technicians to ensure quality work and timely completion Support sales efforts, including working with property managers, contractors, and other partners Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in restoration estimating and operations Proficiency in Xactimate IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, etc.) Experience working with insurance companies and claims Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
