Field Operations Supervisor

Position Summary The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all field execution activities across awarded projects at Commercial Finish Services Inc. (CFSI). This role coordinates subcontractor crews, manages manpower allocation, controls installation scheduling, monitors production performance, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with CFSI quality standards. The Field Operations Manager serves as the primary field contact for day-to-day installation execution and coordination with the CFSI Project Manager, Job-site foreman and client's superintendent. Core Duties & Responsibilities Oversee field execution of commercial projects from start through substantial completion Coordinate subcontractor crews, manpower allocation, and installation schedules across multiple jobs Monitor job progress, quality, and labor productivity to keep projects on time and within budget Resolve field issues related to access, sequencing, materials, and subcontractor performance Communicate regularly with Project Managers, subcontractors, and Job-site superintendents to ensure smooth operations Support company-wide production planning and maintain consistent field execution standards Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, Interior renovation, flooring, or field operations management Strong knowledge of job-site scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and installation sequencing Ability to manage multiple active projects and prioritize field demands effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Ability to read plans, specifications, finish schedules, and field conditions accurately Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job-sites regularly Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience and qualifications Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to project execution and company goals Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Company-paid fuel or mileage reimbursement for business travel Paid vacation and holidays Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing commercial flooring contractor If you are a strong field leader who takes pride in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and on budget, we invite you to apply and grow with CFSI.

$52,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
