  Operations Manager
• Commercial Flooring Contractor We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations.

This role is critical to ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader with experience managing teams, logistics, and construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all projects run efficiently by managing resources, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining quality control Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions Coordinate and schedule all work directly with clients Manage and allocate manpower, including in-house installers and delivery drivers Schedule and coordinate all material and equipment deliveries and pickups Communicate consistently with general contractors, in-house installers, and subcontractors throughout each project lifecycle to ensure successful completion Review and verify project drawings and scope of work Oversee all warehouse operations and organization Receive incoming materials, label appropriately, and verify accuracy against purchase orders Stage materials and confirm types and quantities against work orders prior to job site delivery Manage maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, including box trucks Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse and job site equipment as needed Review subcontractor invoices against work orders for accuracy and submit for payment processing Collect and maintain required documentation for subcontractors, including COIs and W-9s

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in construction or commercial flooring Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with project scheduling, logistics, and workforce coordination
