Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, improving processes, and achieving business objectives. This role requires a leader who can effectively balance operational efficiency with business development to enhance overall performance. This is a New Market in our rapidly growing company. 5 Years ago it was 2 guys and a truck, today we install well over 100 Garage Floors Weekly. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Oversee profit loss management, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with leadership to create strategic plans that align with company goals. Supervise project management efforts, ensuring timely completion of projects within scope and budget. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring staff and promoting best practices in sales and business development. Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business objectives. Experience Proven experience in an Operations Manager role or similar capacity within a relevant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Demonstrated expertise in profit loss management, process improvement, and strategic planning. Experience in business development and sales strategies that drive growth. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools including excel. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
