Position Summary The Operations Coordinator supports HR administration and administrative compliance functions. This role serves as the central coordinator for employee records, onboarding workflows, compliance tracking, client intake support, and authorization management while maintaining audit-ready documentation and operational accountability.

Human Resources & BambooHR Management Recruitment & Onboarding Training & Compliance Tracking Client Intake & Authorization Support Administrative Billing Support Reporting & Administrative Coordination Key Duties:
Maintaining personnel files Coordinating onboarding Tracking credentials and training Entering clients into EHR System Managing authorizations and renewals Supporting billing readiness, preparing reports Assisting with compliance reviews and audits Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-3 years of administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a Maryland Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Familiarity with Maryland Medicaid requirements and COMAR regulations Experience with authorizations, treatment plans, and behavioral health documentation Experience using Notenetic or a comparable behavioral health EHR sytem
