low. If you are experienced in leading Project Managers for kitchen remodeling and looking to work with a world-class team, this could be the position for you. Position Summary The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all field operations related to kitchen and bath remodeling projects from start to completion. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position also oversees and manages all Project Managers, ensuring consistency in project execution, expense approval, communication, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across all active projects. The Field Operations Manager works closely with the Kitchen Sales Manager to ensure strong collaboration between the sales/design team and operations department. This partnership is critical to maintaining seamless project handoffs, accurate project execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment between designers, project managers, and field operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in residential remodeling and construction management. Operations & Project Management Leadership Oversee all active kitchen and bath remodeling projects in the field Directly manage and supervise all Project Managers and Service Technicians Ensure Project Managers maintain project timelines, budgets, communication, and customer satisfaction standards Collaboration with Sales & Design Department Maintain a close working relationship with the Kitchen Sales Manager overseeing the design team Collaborate with the sales and design departments to ensure smooth project transitions from sale to production and installation Participate in operational and sales meetings to align schedules, customer expectations, and project execution Team & Subcontractor Management Manage installers, subcontractors, field personnel, and Project Managers Ensure all trades are aligned with project schedules and expectations Maintain accountability for workmanship, professionalism, and project execution Customer Experience Support Project Managers in resolving escalated homeowner concerns Ensure consistent communication and exceptional customer service throughout all projects Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and project completion standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in residential remodeling or kitchen & bath project management Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience overseeing teams or Project Managers Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath demolition, remodel and construction processes Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Physical Requirements Ability to travel to multiple residential job sites daily Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials when necessary Comfortable working in active construction environments
