Build Teams. Denbright is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead two production facilities in the Baltimore area. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced manufacturing, plant, or operations leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, developing teams, and owning business performance. As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a talented workforce, and play a key role in improving productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You'll work closely with executive leadership and have direct visibility into the financial performance of the business. What You'll Do Lead Operations & Business Performance Oversee day-to-day operations across two Baltimore-area facilities Manage productivity, labor efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery performance Partner with executive leadership to drive P&L and EBITDA performance Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities and solve problems Participate in regular business reviews with senior leadership Develop & Lead Teams Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline leaders Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement Manage employee performance and support talent development initiatives Build strong communication and alignment across departments Drive Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, efficiency, and customer service Implement process improvements and best practices Utilize data and reporting to make informed operational decisions Support company-wide improvement initiatives and strategic objectives Ensure Quality, Safety & Compliance Maintain high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety requirements Promote a safe and productive work environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or plant management Experience managing budgets, financial performance, or P&L responsibilities Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare manufacturing, medical devices, dental laboratories, or other highly regulated production environments Multi-site or multi-shift leadership experience Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related process improvement experience Why Consider This Opportunity?
