Job Description
Lakewood Camps - Rangeley Lakes Region, Maine Lakewood Camps is seeking two motivated individuals to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 season. These positions are available immediately and offer the opportunity to work and live at one of Maine's historic sporting camps. Established in 1853, Lakewood Camps is a remote, off-grid sporting camp located on Lower Richardson Lake and serves anglers, outdoor enthusiasts, and families seeking an authentic Maine experience. Position Responsibilities Duties will vary based on experience and camp needs and may include: Guest services and hospitality Dining room support Housekeeping and cabin turnovers Grounds and facility support Transportation assistance General camp operations What We're Looking For Successful candidates should be: Dependable and self-motivated Friendly and guest-focused Comfortable working as part of a team Able to adapt to changing priorities Willing to assist wherever needed to support camp operations Previous hospitality, outdoor recreation, restaurant, lodge, camp, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
