Job Description

Role Summary Are you looking for an opportunity to join a fast-paced organization that offers a positive workplace culture, flexible hours, and great benefits? We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong customer service skills. This is a full-time position located in our Berwick, ME corporate office. Responsibilities Set-up new vendor invoices in Sharepoint Request W-9s and create new customer folders Confirm signatures on all Service Order Agreements Manage data cleansing of sales data in CRM Pick up mail daily at Berwick post office Deposit checks & enter ACH payments in Quickbooks and billing system Add new logo websites to billing system Manage data uploads to Constand Contact Answer incoming phones Order office supplies General administrative duties as needed Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to think critically, analyze data Aptitude for numbers Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Curious mind, quick learner Ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently Associate's degree preferred Two+ years of similar experience in operations role Advanced Microsoft Office skills required - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Adobe experience
