Service Operations ManagerLocation:
Wausau, WI (On-site)About the RoleOur team is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations within a residential service environment. This role is responsible for driving performance, supporting field teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys balancing operations, team development, and service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily service operations to ensure efficiency and strong performanceCoordinate and dispatch technicians to scheduled service callsCommunicate updates on job status, scheduling changes, and customer needsProvide excellent customer service through clear, timely communicationAssist with incoming calls and service inquiriesReceive, organize, and manage parts and equipment inventoryEnsure technicians have the tools and materials needed to succeedMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and office environmentSupport process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyHelp develop team members and identify growth opportunitiesAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employeesContribute to achieving operational and financial performance goalsSupport leadership development and team retention initiativesQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred3+ years of experience in operations, service coordination, or leadershipPrior customer service experience preferredStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsProficient in computer systems and applicationsPositive attitude with a strong desire to learn and growTeam-oriented mindsetWhy Join Us?
