The Maintenance Operations Manager serves as both an operational leader and a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that Willie C. & Sons Landscaping continues to exceed expectations across its maintenance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Operations Manager oversees day-to-day maintenance operations, including scheduling, labor management, quality control, and job costing to ensure efficiency and profitability. The manager builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, serves as a senior point of contact for escalated issues, and ensures customer satisfaction through proactive communication and site evaluations. This position leads, coaches, and develops maintenance supervisors, and crew leaders while promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and professionalism. This role also requires the manager to switch over to snow removal services in the winter months.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have proven experience in landscape maintenance operations and demonstrated leadership of field teams. A solid understanding of job costing, labor efficiency, and operational metrics is required, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.
