(HYSC) designs and manufactures industrial shredding and waste processing systems that help divert foam, mattresses, and textiles from landfills. Our mission is to deliver robust, high-performing equipment that supports sustainability and operational efficiency across commercial and industrial sectors. Job Description We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead supplier management, production coordination, logistics, and process improvement initiatives. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality systems to our customers. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to keep projects on track and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, lead times, and quality control Coordinate production schedules with engineering and manufacturing teams Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation opportunities Serve as a liaison between sales, engineering, and service departments Support post-sale logistics and service coordination Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards Skills Strong organizational and prioritization abilities Effective communication across teams and vendors Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory/scheduling tools Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial equipment (preferred) Knowledge Supply chain and operations principles Production coordination and logistics Inventory management systems and documentation practices Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows Continuous improvement methodologies Ability to Implement Execute supplier negotiations and maintain quality standards Coordinate cross-functional schedules and logistics Monitor and optimize inventory and shipping processes Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues Adapt quickly to changing priorities and production needs Benefits Competitive pay based on competency 100% employer-paid health insurance and HSA for employees Flexible paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer matching Discretionary bonuses Join Us We are excited to welcome new talent to our team!
