JNS has built our reputation on accountability, professionalism, and delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients. Position Summary This field-based leadership role is ideal for a hands-on operations professionals excel at developing teams, managing subcontractor performance, and driving operations across a portfolio of 40-60 commercial client locations. Approximately 60% of time is spent in the field conducting site visits, inspections, coaching, and operational support. Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Operations Management Oversee daily operations across 40-60 commercial clients of varying industries and types of facilities Conduct routine site inspections to verify service quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards. Proactively identify improvements and implement corrective action plans Coordinate during and after operations for event services Coordinate and schedule one-time service requests. Respond to urgent operational needs and after-hours service issues as required. Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, performance metrics, and operational activities using company software systems. Subcontractor Management Manage relationships with subcontractor partners. Communicate service expectations, quality standards, and operational requirements to subcontractor leadership. Foster productive partnerships that support consistent service delivery and client satisfaction. Workforce Leadership Recruit, onboard, train, and develop janitorial personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and accountability. Manage employee relations issues including promotions, disciplinary action, compensation adjustments, and terminations. Monitor staffing levels to ensure operational coverage across all assigned locations. Review and approve employee timekeeping and payroll records. Equipment, Inventory & Logistics Manage inventory levels and distribution of supplies across assigned accounts. Ensure equipment is maintained, operational, and properly allocated. Coordinate replacement, repair, and maintenance activities as needed. Support efficient resource utilization across the territory. Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field. Experience leading teams across multiple locations. Demonstrated success managing workforce performance, staffing, and operational execution. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with mobile technology, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Spanish-speaking ability highly preferred. Schedule This position primarily operates during evening hours and is scheduled Sunday through Thursday. Flexibility is required to address urgent operational needs, staffing issues, and emergency situations when necessary.
