About the Role Crystal Falls Mini Golf & Ice Cream Shop in Benzonia is hiring an experienced Summer Manager to run our seasonal operation. You'll oversee both the mini golf course and the ice cream shop, leading a small crew through our busy summer season. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the mini golf course and ice cream shop Schedule, train, and supervise summer staff Handle opening, closing, and daily cash management Order supplies and manage inventory Resolve customer issues and ensure a great guest experience Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Qualifications Prior management or supervisory experience required Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication Reliable, hands-on, and able to work independently Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment Schedule Seasonal position: May through September (approximately 15 weeks) 35-45 hours per week Weekends and holidays required Benefits Competitive seasonal pay Food & golf discounts Key leadership role with real responsibility
